Hello little #mencia berry 👋🏼

This guy will sacrifice his short life in order to bring the 2021 Mencia to you in a year or so.

We do ‘whole berry’ fermentation on the Mencia, which means some of the fermentation happens within the berry itself, so each one gets fizzy, full of CO2 (a by-product of fermentation), swelling up like little balloons. #winefactoftheday
